All services are subject to a written proposal, agreement, or contract specifying scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms.

7. Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential lossesDelays caused by authority approvals, third parties, force majeure, or site conditions are excludedLiability is limited to the value of services paid under the contractClients agree to indemnify the Company against misuse of designs or breach of contractual terms.
8. Third-Party Contractors & Vendors
Where vendors or subcontractors are recommended or coordinated, they act as independent entities.
The Company is not responsible for third-party warranties, delays, or performance unless contractually specified.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the signed agreement.
Fees for work completed up to the termination date shall remain payable.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
